The idea
Aaron Levie shares a Box workflow that reads an incident report, asks Jev about customer impact and severity, then routes the document into an escalation, monitoring or review folder. The workflow also writes the decision into a metadata template.
Inside the decision loop
Incident report from Box
Assess impact and severity
Route the file and record metadata
What to take from it
A decision becomes useful when it connects to a clear operational action. Store the original report alongside the decision so a reviewer can understand and override the classification.
This is a recorded demonstration, not evidence that a severity classifier can replace incident ownership. An implementation needs a defined escalation policy and a fallback for uncertain or incomplete reports.
